Talk is cheap advice is priceless.

I just made that up and love it.

What do you think? How would you improve on it?

That’s pretty good, but lots of time advice can be worthless too.
How about..
Talk is cheap but sound advice is priceless.

retrospect can be learned from but gramtically it is not advice for the future it is a statement on historical evidence.

most of the time when people give “advice” they’re just blowing smoke out their #$$. It’s still all just talk. What worked well in your experience and situation may not work well in someone elses. Therefore it’s all just talk.

It’s pretty in theory, but it’s just not true.

Some advice is universally true.
