Physical health question.

Okay, so I haven’t mentioned this to anyone because it happens every now and then to me, and I never really regarded it as important, but I started thinking about it recently, especially today since it happened a couple times…
does anyone ever have it whether they feel like their heart does something weird? Like suddenly you have trouble inhaling because your heart hurts, or at least it feels like it hurts in that area, and it feels like it’s having little spasms or something? I want to believe that everyone gets this but now I’m not so sure…it’s pretty painful when it happens but it usually only lasts for 15 seconds, maybe 30 seconds at most. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Plus it should be noted that I’m only 15, which makes me almost convinced that there couldn’t be anything wrong with my heart at this age, but I guess it can occasionally…but still…

A numbness or pain in your left arm can signify a heart attack, but that’s extremely unlikely at 15.

Are you active?

Am I active? Umm depends what you mean by “active”…that can mean a few things…

No, I don’t get hiccups.

Active meaning, do you run, play a sport, or engage in physical activity regularly?

Oh haha, well I’m taking PE and I do running in that class, and recently started yoga…I’m not going to say I’m in shape but I’m not completely out of shape. I am relatively active, I’d say.

I originally was wondering about hiccups as they would signify a possible diaphram problem, but I’m not quite sure as of now, you might want to see your doctor. Chest pains are never a good thing to push aside.

That happens to me sometimes. Feels almost like painful little bubbles passing through.

Um well it’s not that often, but I’ve had them for a little while now, I kind of thought they were normal, so I kind of ignored them…I paid as much attention to it as much as I would breathing, so I’m not completely sure exactly how long this has been happening for..

Well, I’ll consider it, haha…I don’t want to end up looking like a fool when they tell me it’s perfectly normal, or when people laugh at me for getting worked up about something small.

I’m 16, I’ve never had such problems. Ive had muscular spams of sorts, and ive skipped a heart beat or two, but nothing like this.

Oh no, now that makes me a little concerned. Haha.
Well, maybe when it happens again I’ll let someone know…sometimes though, I just totally forget about them cause I hardly pay attention to them.
I feel like such a hypochondriac, lol.

Ehh.
It’s not like it happens terribly often, I just know that it has before…maybe it’s just stress or something. I’ll forget about it for now, until it happens again.
Thank you for your feedback, guys :)

I had junk like that when I was a kid.
Could be electrolytes.
Ask a doctor to be sure.
Long computer work followed by rapid work will kill any ones heart.
