I’ve been gone too long :(
Caught up in everyday life and sending me to bed keeps me away from here :(
Anyways an update on me: My birthday is coming up on monday and I got into a fight with my boyfriend over it - he doesn’t want to come to my party because he hates parties but he claims he “has to” despite the fact i told him that he does not.
I’m really sick of people not understanding what BMI actually is…it’s what kept my friend from getting breast reduction. Doctors of all people should be aware that BMI is body MASS index. You calculate height, weight, and do the pincer test on your belly. If you only took into account height and weight, a 4′10″ girl who weighs 160 would be considered obese…she has size 32DDD breasts! Ignorance will be death of me.
I’m sticking to being healthier - I don’t eat junk food but once a week (like KFC/Wendy’s), I work out every morning at 8am, I eat my greens and a balanced meal, and I’ve started meditating.
I had that problem with religion before and I’ve discovered Buddhism just may be right for me. I have a chemical imbalance in my brain and learning to relax and NOT get stressed is extremely important. I’ve also been much more positive (though still opinionated).
School starts next week and I’m psyched. My job is ridiculous and I’m searching for a new one.
My friend wants to go to college! So next semester we’re getting an apartment and getting our degrees.
Okay I think I’m done :) All happier things :D
