my broken heart beats on

heartbroken. again. AGAIN!? how many times. does it ever work out? will it ever for me?!
in hindsight i knew deep down from the start it would end. dont get me wrong we had some good times and some nice memories were made but now… this feeling! its awful.
im beggining to think its better to guard my heart & not let anyone in until i feel its totally right. but then thats like putting my life on hold til… whenever!
so yes, im heart broken, but my broken heart still beats and im still alive. and so i will live. eventually, i will laugh. and no doubt i will love again… one day.

I see light in the corner of your avatar, you chose that image for a reason: There is light there, thats all you need to know. Someone who would choose such a meaningful image is not capable of not loving, or being loved…Theres light and hope there inside you. I feel you will not be heart broken for long.

when i re-read what i had written after posting i think i knew… of all the times ive felt broken the good times out weigh the bad. i just hope next time it works out! there is hope!!

I understand you’re cry for help! I was with my ex-husband for 12 years and from the start had a feeling it wasn’t completely right! We had good times (many good times), but eventually grew apart….we had 2 beautiful children out of the relationship! And are still friends! So cherish the good memories that you had, try to forget the bad and move on to a brighter future and a relationship that will hopefully be the right one!

Thats the way to go…i admire the tenacity of your soul and you are a great person judging from that. Noone has the answers to relationship probs but i think if you maybe regroup and try to work out and crack a trend you follow in your relationships.

Maybe you hook up with the wrong guys from the very beginning and you ignore the telltale pinpointers or maybe change your strategies…get to know a guy first before you get become involved.

I know you will find that one man for ..you have a great attitude and most people want to be with someone whom they can cry on and be a baby to..thats why people with low self esteem are always alone.

thanks! seems like a different person who wrote that to b honest!! i probably do hook up with the wrong guys and i sometimes do ignore the warning bells at the start of a relationship…. but do u know what? im always learning from these things, and in my heart i truly believe it will all work out in the end :)
