I know, don’t take my title to mean I side with the Palestinians. I’m on the side of life.
I just don’t blindly support Israel like everyone else seems to, as if they’re completely innocent :/
I don’t really know much about it, I don’t think Israel instigated it though, I think they gave warnings to Palestine too.
The fact that innocent children are dying breaks my heart, but it’s just the reality of war.

it takes to countries to start a war. i blame britain for giving the jewish the land in the first place it wasnt their land to give. its not the jewish people’s fault and its not the palestinians but unfortuantly somehow they have to solve this themselves and i dont think they ever will, i dont think there is an ending to this if people like ourselves who are not even over there cant agree on it how can they possibly agree. its terribly sad. look at these pictures if youd like they are graphic but they show what is really happening over there.

Actually if the palestenians’s hadn’t continuously be bombing israel for many month’s this wouldn’t have started…
Then they put all their military supplies and headquarters, surrounded with civilians…
All to make Israel look bad…
And Israel is doing the right thing, fighting for their freedom…
Excuse me….
All the citizens of israel want is the right to live in peace, and live their own lives…
All the arabs want is for all jews and israelites to be dead…
So how can their be room for peace, until israel defeats them in war….
israelites are not completely innocent though. i mean it was arab land i would feel resentment too if my house, property , and everything i owned was taken away. it takes two sides to fight.

It was Jordanian land, and since the jordanians did not want the palestinians near them, they pushed them to be refugee’s at israel’s borders, to cause problems for israel instead of for jordan…
Try reading the actual history, not the stuff the liberals make up in high school or college…
they still lived there, they are human beings and you cant just push them out just like arabs cant push out the isralites and im pretty sure it used to be called palestine. you know it would be nice if they could just live together like in the US but no thats in a perfect world and that wont happen.

Religion can be good and bad like anything else…
Take cars for example, lots of average people use it for transportation, a lot of bad people kill others by abusing the use of the car…
So the problem isn’t car, but the abuse of it…
So let’s say that the normal use of Religion can be helpful, and healthy, and the abuse of it, agreed, is very sad and wrong…
But that doesn’t make religion itself wrong or bad, just the abuse of it…

159 CHILDREN were killed by Israel in these recent attacks. You can make excuses for them all you want, but here’s a thought experiment for you:
Lets say you’re walking down the street in the city and someone shoots your friend walking beside you. So you pull your gun to defend yourself. Then the shooter grabs a child off the street and uses the child as a shield. Now he’s pointing the gun at you, you know he will shoot. Do you shoot the child just to get to him???
No I didn’t think so. Neither would I.
Nothing forces you to kill children, nothing. If someone uses children as a shield you lay down your weapons and surrender, because sacrificing yourself is better than sacrificing innocent children.
Israel has chosen to sacrifice the innocent to save its own butt. They have lost all respect in my eyes.
But if you don’t shoot, your dead….

Your options are indeed pretty limited in my analogy, your only choice would be to sacrifice yourself…which anyone on Earth should be willing to do for an innocent child.
But in a large scale conflict there are other options. Israel could have started with a ground invasion instead of air strikes. That would have minimized the civilian casualties. Of course the reason why they didn’t is because it would have been a higher risk to Israel soldiers. But if you’re willing to risk your life for your country you should be willing to risk it for the innocent. Otherwise what does your country stand for?
See you can’t endlessly sacrifice yourself, or your people are dead…no one left…
And as much as I hate war, sometimes it’s the only way to fight for freedom, survival…
Their goal was to take out the leaders, the only safe way to do that, was via air.
I am sorry, if people are trying to kill you and your fellow citizens 24/7 365 days a year, sometimes you just gotta do what you can to stop it..
Do i like that civilians died, of course not!
But that doesn’t make Israel the guilty party, it’s the palestinians, who placed their headquarters and military supplies around tons of civilians for that exact reason…
So that if israel ever retaliated, it’d make them look bad…

I am very sorry, but if someone’s attacking me, i will always chose my life over theirs…
There is a way to prevent the civilian deaths tho.

On Arab TV news (in Arabic…my father was watching and translated for me), right after the cease fire ended, a Arab house in Gaza got blown up because the Palestinian dad inside was making bombs for Hamas. Both his kids died as well as his wife. He survived with serious injuries. And this is just one of hundreds or thousands of Palestinians who are working this way. Believe me when I tell you, there is not 1 Israeli who is putting his kids and wife at risk by making bombs in his house. The Arabs HATE JEWS more than they love their own kids. BELIEVE IT.
In case you didn’t get it, Arabs would rather kill Jews than save their own families. That’s why when the Israeli’s shower the Arabs with flyers to tell them to get out of the way, THEY DONT. For the ARABS, to DIE in a holy war for ALLAH (god) is a guarantee to get into heaven. They don’t see it as a bad thing. So they will NEVER move out of the way when the bombs come because 1)the want to make Israel look bad, and 2)They hate Jews more than they love their own kids, and 3)they think their kids will go to heaven if they are killed in this war.
If the Dirty Arabs got their heads out of their ***** and stopped this Allah and heaven thing, and if they stopped believing that 100 virgins will be waiting for them in heaven when they die, maybe they’ll stop sacrificing themselves or allowing themselves to die by standing in Israel’s way on purpose when Israel is trying to go only after the terrorists.

realcareers, the Israelis closed all the borders around Gaza - how were they supposed to “get out of the way”? The majority of people living in Gaza are just normal people who want to go about their daily lives, not militant jihadists intent on blowing themselves up. Gazans were trapped inside the sealed borders while Israel denied humanitarian aid groups the right to enter, leaving THOUSANDS of injured people in hospitals with no supplies.
The UN has condemned the war on Gaza as a crime against humanity. 1300 Palestinians killed (including MANY civilians). 13 Israelis (all soldiers - NO civilians).
For the sake of everyone in the region, and anyone who is or could potentially be affected by Islamist terrorism around the globe - because this issue (Israel’s perceived occupation of Palestinian territory since the 1967 war) directly fuels Islamist terrorism - we need a two-state solution, NOW. Stop messing around, stop putting off the issue, stop pretending that it’s an impossible problem that’s been going on for millennia and will never be solved. It’s a forty-two-year-old problem, Muslims and Jews coexisted for plenty of time before then, and are perfectly capable of coexisting in the future. This problem is not religious - it is political.
Give the Palestinians a state, with Jerusalem as a shared capital. Stop illegal Israeli settlements. Give back the land you’ve been occupying since the 1967 war. I guarantee there will be fewer rockets into Israel, fewer suicide bombings from Pakistan to Spain to England to the US, because you’ll have removed THE main moral justification that jihadists give themselves to commit acts of terror: Israeli occupation.
Please, Israel, for the sake of international peace - be the bigger man and give the Palestinians a state, once and for all.

And they should give it back to there attackers wright. Are you people liveing on the same planet as i am. I am upset about one thing that 13 Isreali soldiers died in the war on Gaza. Isreal is way to nice to palestine, yeah Ireal has to kill little kid palestine uses as a sheild, but isreal is the evil one cause of it, palestines are wonderful people who use this tactic. Also why should Isreal be the bigger pearson and give up there land so the world would destroy them,oh no honey that an’t ever gona happen again. Why can’t palastine be the bigger person and live fairley and justley side by side with Isreal. Well it’s simple they won’t. And yes if my enememy was about to kill me and he used his kid as a shield so i wouln’t shoot i would shoot them both, I have a child and a famlily who comes first and most lickely he would teach his child to hate mine and kill himm in the future. Isreal already used to this tackict and the onley ones to blame are the people who are doing it. That form of war should show the world how evil theese people are, and what great lenths they use as warfare, an Ireal should just give them everything, and live under them.
