Bump a treadmill. I had an elitical in my house and never used it lol. I lost weight going to the gym and walking every where. Get out and exercise. Envision yourself walking then do it. The with eating envision yourself eating healthy foods and planning your meals. I found that when i picture myself doing something long enough i just do it. The first step to making yourself feel better is to resolve whatever is making you feel sad.
I would say the main thing that you need is determination, it’s what fuels you to get through any day, no matter what obstacles comes to you.

My personal belief is that the first step towards a happier life is having a positive attitude. Without getting too deep into philosophical territory, if life seems better, it is, surely? In many ways it’s the perception that counts.
This positivity can then spread into other aspects of your life. I find that by seeing the good in life, I can better see the good in myself; thus self esteem is improved. This in turn makes life one hell of a lot easier.
I can’t stop bad things happening, but I am and will forever be free to percieve them as I like. We are free to deal with life’s crap in ever healthier ways, to return to happy states much faster, and without the marked depression that blights so many.
So what do I need? Well, I guess I need the strength to see the world’s light. The rest will follow nicely =)

lol…sorry I haven’t been watching my post…mother nature has me moving snow and lots of it. She also has been giving me my work out in -40 weather…lol. I’m getting the legs of a foot ball player as a reward.

I believe you need lots of self confidence ,wisdom,love ,and family support in order to make it in this world.

Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees and that’s why the bear went over the mountain…to see what he could see:)
When I played volley ball my coach told me that if you grow roots and stay in one spot…your game will suck and you’ll feel bad. Move it around..lol. Shake that ***, rattle the cage or just plain hug a stranger…lol.

You need a heart transplant and I know a great surgeon His name is Jesus and he’s the expert on the heart. He does these procedures all the time. It costs you nothing and it doesn’t even hurt and the best part He promised that if you let Him do the surgery you’ll live forever with Him in a wonderful place He’s prepared for you. He’s waiting to get started so all you have to do is ask.

I have my own town-home, 2 cats, but it’s very depressing on my own…been a year since i had a job…and this economy, i feel very discouraged lol…

I hear you:) I try to stick my head in the sand with the media and economy thing…beyond our control. We are at income tax time and I help out investment companies with their over flow. It would be great if you could attend some events…invite some to a play or visit a theatre group. Remember that people are attracted to sunny times and smiling people….unless they’re goth…lol. I use to go to a local poets club…I don’t understand poetry very well and really don’t like the depressing stuff, but the poets were a blast to party with..lol. P.S. In small doses.
The world is a stage. What will their perception of you be? One to get to know or one to shy away from. Make eye contact and smile:)
