Some people get by without help, but they are more likely to have residual hurt. To me, it’s like scaling the outside of a building when there is an elevator available — you can do it to prove a point, but is it really a good idea?

If you look at the most successful people in the world (by practically any definition), they are all surrounded by people who help them succeed.
