I waitressed off and on for a long time… there were guys that would come in regularly leave good tips even phone numbers, but if you like the girl do what a smart guy would do, leave good tips, after a couple times of that strike up a conversation with her a few times when you go in find out her name that would be a good thing!! lol find out what she likes to do after work then finally get your courage up and ask her out after work for whatever it is that she might like. It’s not hard, she’s human too and if she is single she may say yes I mean the worst thing that can happen is she says no or she can’t.

you start of by ordering,then just ask politely excuse me are you by any Chance from Ireland,Germany Sweden or Timbuktu and away you go .She will answer you back.After you finish leave a nice Tip .She will remember you…

I think that she will be flattered that you like her, no matter what. It’s flattering to be liked, so I don’t think that it will go negatively, it just may not go as positively as you would like, in that you may not get a date, but I bet you’ll get a friend!

Isn’t it just a little sad that its a waitress from Nando’s? I think that speaks volumes for the fact that you spend enough time in that ‘restaurant’ to find an attraction to the ‘waitress’.

I forgot to leave my idea. If you take her out, don’t take her for food seen as she works in a restaurant, you should make it something interesting so that your spark her interest. Oh, and classy women don’t take tips down their bra’s. Don’t try it.
