i need help with an ex.
well the problem is that i was driving and her boyfriend drove his car fast past me and slammed on his brakes in front of my truck. i then got in front of him and tapped my lights to scare him not touching his mustang and he swerved and hit a curb. then chases me again threatens me then turns around. later that night he keyed my new paintjob and she slashed my tires. i had the detective call him in for questioning and he got it out of him that he keyed my truck. now the problem is that im sitting on two flat 20 inch tires in the back worth 500. what can i sue them for? im claiming on insurance and they will cover up to 2100 but the damage is at least 3700 w/o tires. and is there a such thing as an exparte? and is it better than a restraining order?
