i have VERY sensitive skin so it has to be gentle. soap isn’t good for you face and I am not using tape.

Well if your skin is that sensitive you’ll have to either live with it or learn how to use appricot scrub on your nose

If you have rosacea you should probably see a dermatologist before trying ofer the counter treatments. Have you been to one for your rosacea? My mother had mild rosacea and hers is essentially gone (or at least not visible) now.

DO NOT use plain soap on your face, it’s HORRIBLE for your skin.

· Do not use harsh soaps or lotions, which could the face oily. Use cleansers and try to keep the skin less oily.

· Try to keep the dead cells away from the skin, by cleaning your face.

· Do not squeeze the blackheads. Too much squeezing could damage the skin and make the pores large.

· Applying warm water on the face and gently putting pressure with a little cotton could clear the clogs.

After washing your face do not wipe off your nose and rub it with your finger tips. This will help you in removing blackheads.
