There are holistic healers and naturopathic doc’s in the yellow pages waiting for you to call them up. Ofcourse you need to know yourself and your triggers to nip an attack in the bud. Anxiety attacks are all consuming in the fact that they have you so scared and are caused by fear. If you can realize what is happening to your body and start some calm breathing it could be just the remedy. Be aware and take the steps to stop it happening. OCD, anxiety etc are all conditions IMO that can be changed dramatically by just knowing yourself. Fight the urges. If it is too much for you then certainly seek help in that. Just breathe!

I can help you with self confidence.

I run confidence training sessions live and interactive over the phone.
If you are interested, let me know. There is a fee but it’s very small - $15 Australian. It also comes with a money back guarantee.

If you are in financial hardship, give me some proof and I’ll do it for free.

Warm regards

Lawrence.

Have you tried Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) It’s usually a first line treatment for your symptoms especially if you have a phobia of medication. The success rate of OCD are equal and in many cases better than the pharmacological treatment options (although CBT is usually used in conjunction with medication for optimal success) especially with treatmetn refactory OCD. This treatment should have been offered to you first, have you tried it?

CBT sounds good. Also, try this. Put your shoulders back and your chest out. Now, walk around as if you were more confident than you have ever been in your LIFE and as though you were the king of the world. Shout out YES at the top of your lungs, CLAP hard. THIS TECHNIQUE ALWAYS WORKS. TRY IT! please, please PLEASE try it. And of course, listen to the advice of these wonderful people above that obviously CARE ABOUT YOU.
