please!!
I cant take it ANYmore!!!!!!! ARGHHHHHH!!!!!!! i hate life SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!! IM SICK OF IT! i cant take it, i just cant, i could list ALL the problems, but it would take to long! ill list the ones causing me to feel like this: in order of the affect on me:
1. Pulling strands of hair out A.K.A Trichotillomania (trik-oh-tillo-mania) meaning i have to find a way to hide the patches of missing hair/dads death
2. g.c.s.e’s stressing me out!
3. my best friend is SOOOO ANNOYING!
4. my friends sort of boyfriend =S well his sister is dying of cancer my friend is upset a lot.
5. SCHOOL!!!!!!!
6. Maths teacher giving us a test for the 3rd time its stressing me out!!
7. I feel generaly upset/angry/stressed ALL the time
8. i keep feeling light headed =S
IM SICKOF IT ALL!!!!!!! can ANY1 help me, anyone out there at all! im on the verge of a breakdown! =’[

Calm down, its not that bad. There are plenty of people who have it worse than you. Its never as bad as it seems. Calm down, take a deep breath. Attempt to meditate. Clear your mind. Maybe think about getting some Carlos Nakai, calming music.
It a lot worse then you can imagine and it will keep on getting worse for all of us… All you can do is cherish the moments that bring you pleasure

im sorry to have a go at you, im 14, im pulling my own hair out strand by strand, im having to hide this from people around me, ive lost my dad from cancer, im 14!!! g.c.s.e’s stress NOT helping =| i cant take it anymore, i know theres people in poverty, but thats not the stuff im on about, i know theres people worse than me, but i came here for help :’(
Ok … first of all, calm down. Lumping all your feelings and problems together make them feel bigger and worse. Why not try looking at them separately.

Its OK, I tried to help you. I have problems too, I’m 15 and my father makes every attempt possible make me and my mothers life horrible. I have insomnia and PTSD and various social issues. Everything will be OK. Calm down, relax and hold you head high. Endure and you will be that much stronger.
3. try spending time away from your best friend. tell her nicely that although you’ve been friends for a while, you need a break from her.
6. school year’s half way over :)
eat your favorite food. go out to a favorite restaurant with your family. do something stupid with your friends.
i feel like i need to cry now, but no tears will come out. . .im gonna go make waffles =’[ (their my happy food)
ok babe. lets take it one thing at a time.
1. please stop hurting yourself. your dads death is not your fault.
2. ive just done my gcses so i know how you feel. try and find some relaxation techniques that work for you. like taking a walk or listening to music.
3. let your friend know how you feel before you snap at her and really upset her.
4. be there for your friend and her boyfriend. let them know youre there for them.
5. school sucks - its just one of those things but you do need it and you get a break soon
6. your maths taecher just wants to make sure you do as good as you possibly can in your exam but i know it can feel like you want to throw books at them
7. there are always people here to help with your anger and sadness. anyone on here will be happy to talk to you
8. maybe see someone about the lightheaded ness? do you know what it may be?
i know its tough when youre a teenager but you will got through it. *hugs*

:) then laugh at your phone! laugh like youve never laughed before. just think of it when you get sad and keep laughing. laugh randomly. anywhere. it feels good
=] oh n another thing, ive been getting hungry n tired a lot lately, could that be anything to do with it? maby thats causing my lightheadedness?
it may have done. but dont go and stuff yourself if thats what it is. gradually increase your food intake. maybe change your diet slightly if you think its a certain thing youre eating.
