I’m new to this.

I’m a newly registered nurse, I’ve just gotten married, moved frequently since I’ve graduated school.. and here lately I’ve found myself so depressed. My marriage is wonderful.. but my self esteem has never been lower. I’m struggling to find a cessation to smoking.. and weight from nursing school is plaguing me. I feel like I have no one to talk to that really UNDERSTANDS my situation. And I’m very frustrated. Any suggestions?
