business help: i am currently employed buy company A and buying into company B. - Help.com

i am currently employed buy company A and buying into company B.

My direct supervisor is my best friend. Company B owns the stock of company A and is going to repo the stock in the next few days, but I have to help with the repo. This will distroy company A and my friends job, but if I tell him, it will distroy my buy in of company B. What should I do?
