I don’t think you can ever really forget but I know for me, I kind of just put those things in the back of my mind and try my best not to let it affect me.

Don’t dwell on the bad things people have said to you. It’ll only pull you down. When people say bad things it usually means they’re hurting and they try to make themselves feel better by hurting someone else. I wouldn’t take it to heart.
