You should be at the doctor getting checked out. If a headache lasts longer than 24 hours and you don’t know the cause of it, you should get to a GP as soon as possible.

Have you been taking any pain meds ?

See a doctor. It could be nothing, it could be serious. Is there any risk that you’ve exposed to carbon monoxcide? Do you drive an old car that could be seeping exhaust into the cabin? Do you have a carbon monoxcide detector in your home?

Have you recently stopped drinking caffeine or have you changed your diet? It wouldn’e be a withdrawl symptom would it?

I agree with Gabz, you should really go see a doctor.

I also vote for: get to see a doc’s help.

Also, try to recall any food that might have caused this. Write the observations down. It will help you during the doc’s visit.

Drinking cold water gives me a headache at anytime.

-27 here and I don’t have a headache. Even if you drink a lot of cold water it shouldn’t be causing you a constant headache.

maybe I’m too stressed ? we don’t trust doctors here unfortunately , they are a lot of counter/fake drugs here…

-42, I think, Celcius, and no headache from that. You need to go to a good ER and get checked out, because you could be having migraines, or an aneyrism, or something really bad and dangerous (and I know I’m a hypochondriac, but still, it’s not good)

hey ive had a headche for more then 24 hours now and my school bus heater was broken and i was expose to the fumes for more then 25 minutes.
