have you checked the control panel? in the start menu?

Yes I cheked in the control panel but seem all is ok. In fact in the “sound and audio devices properties” is checked “place volume incon in the task bar” but it is not there!

double click the volume button on the bottom right to bring up volume control, and make sure ‘wave’ is not muted. If ‘wave’ is not there, click ‘options’ then ‘properties’ and select ‘wave’.

search google for the audio driver for your computer and install it
