Is not eating between meals an eating disorder?
My friends seem to think so… I only eat at meal times, no snacks or cheats. Is that bad?

Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
depends on the times and days of the two meals in question
i eat at every meal, breakfast lunch and dinner but never inbetween, even if i am hungry? is that bad?
it doesn’t constitute an eating disorder at all. sometimes that’s just the way someone is raised to eat only during meal times. as long as you are at a healthy weight, you are fine.
not as far as I know, it’s what alot of people do isn’t it?
well how much do you eat at meals if you dont eat the whole meal and stuff then yes maybe
i just eat untill i am full then stop and wait untill next meal
I think it’s just called being healthy. As long as you eat your meals and they are nutritionally balanced, then there is no problem.
