again :)

she wakes up
from that dreadful night
as she turns
to see her only true friend

not there
missing perhaps?
perhaps
she is now panicing

she heads out of the glass bedroom
she once called theirs
as she walks
she sees the unbelievable bloodlyy tracks

she walks down the stairs, scared
more blood on the way down
is this her best friend?
she looks over the railings

she just sees more blood
now she is running
panicing
where is the phone?

she gets down to the stairs
she sees the body
of her best friend?
she cannot tell

she goes futher down the hallway
closest to where the murder has happened?
perhaps
but then she sees a shadow past

and she feels something touching her shoulder
and she wakes with a scream
it was her best friend waking her up
from the nightmare, we now call reality
