Hi there all.
My name is Alica-Kate. I am a 15 year old girl living in South Florida. I am originally from London, England. I have a rough life filled with an abusive mother, a workaholic father, and many medical diseases. I am a survivor of breast cancer. I have been through chemotherapy and I have worn a wig. I have tinnitus, which is a constant ringing in my left ear. I also have Pompe disease, which weakens my muscles and body. I have known my best friend since we were in seventh grade, and I fell for him during our freshman year. He doesn’t feel the same, but we’re still very close. I am bisexual; my ex-girlfriend of two years killed herself recently. I am very depressed but I try to stay happy. I’m very involved in music. I am the top soprano in my choir and I play piano, guitar, and drums. My aspirations are to go to FSU College of Music and get my Bachelor’s in Performance and my Master’s in Music Education. I have a teenage crush on my 33 year old music teacher, and he actually knows it. He was tipped off by someone in another choir who was joking when she said it but he took it seriously. He hasn’t talked to me about it or anything and I definitely don’t expect him to. People think I am a compulsive liar but I’m not. I have documentation to prove my illnesses, and I’d be willing to take a lie detector test anyday.
