what is the manners to start a scholarship mail
if you are addressing it to a organization or to a person
the story is like this i am trying to have a scholarship in physics but i know nothing about protocols , how to write (the shape ), it will be easier to me to fill the massage with equations and number than to fill it with words that make him/her or it ,to pick me
so guys help me teach me manners and protocols
