I have three leeks, onions, sweet potatos, mince, cherry tomatos, an aubergine, what should I do with them?

mm,yummy sounds good :)

chop them all up*except the mince&tomatoes*

had some garlic
some veg stock &boil
you could also use some of your mince,tomatoes&onions &make meetballs too :)

scallion pancakes are delicious (popular chinese food in america) but you need flour as well. you can find some good recipies for them on google. enjoy :)
