and about being pretty, for a start its a matter of self esteem
believe you are, then start being.
however, if you do not put some effort to it, it shows, even if your beautiful.
so be minded to it, and invest some of your time for that manner.

and btw, by the picture you look pretty pretty to me, so hold your head high ^^

Basically, its the same for both sexes, make the approach, be honest, be geniune and if the boy is the same things kinda move on from there.
