I want a job in radio.

I have appplied for a degree, I am volunteering at a hospital radio and trying to find as much experience as I can.
Any advice, or work experience someone would like to offer me?

Listen to every channel on your radio. When you find the worst one with people who can barely read the advertisements go there and apply for a job. They will hire you for minimum wage and you will gain experience and be able to make demo tapes and move up from there. Start at the bottom and work your way up.
