I don’t have the energy to do anything.
I don’t know why. I eat relatively well, I sleep at LEAST 8 hours a day. More if I can help it (when I get to sleep in). But I just feel like I don’t have the mental energy to care about anything. I used to journal a lot, but now I don’t have the energy to be creative and search my brain and put my thoughts down on paper. I’m tired of waking up tired. What should I do? I’m not going to have any caffeine because I already think I have too much in my diet. Oh, and another thing. I ALWAYS have a headache. 24/7. I don’t know why, but it’s really pissing me off. Any ideas or suggestions?
