Save your bookmarks, uninstall Firefox and then reinstall it. Make sure you have the latest update for your version, whether it’s version 2 or version 3.

You might also need some system update, whether you’re running Windows or Mac or Linux.

remove fully and re install it

I did that, but It’s still quitting every time I open it. It usually crashes after one web page. I am lucky to have made it to these forums on firefox without it quitting on me.
