The Second Job Interview

I’m going in for my second interview with a company tomorrow morning. How does the second interview differ from the first? What should I expect? I was really nervous at my last one and didn’t do so great (I’m interviewing for a lower supervisory position).

You obviously didnt do to bad with the first interview or there wouldn’t be a second one.

They will ask more job specific questions, salary things, benefits, stuff like that. They will probably ask you why you think you deserve the position and what you think you can bring to the company so have an answer ready for those 2 questions. Make sure you are familiar with the company and it’s products or services. Dress up. Do not wear casual clothes or tennis shoes. Make sure you are groomed. If you are a man, shave your face.
