I moved about 4 months ago and was in need of a vehicle to get around.

We purchased the vehicle from the only known car dealer. About 2 months into it, we realized we were over charged for the vehicle. Also, we could not use the vehicle for over a month because the dealer failed to get us our tags and registration. Just last week, we had to go ourselves and get our license plate and registration since purchasing the vehicle in November. We signed a contract stating that if we were not satisfied with the situation, the dealer would refund us our down payment. We notified the dealership and they are refusing to give us back our down payment. What can I do to exchange or trade-in the vehicle and not lose on my end?
