Please help me?
I’m in search of advice or answer if someone miraculously may have one: On July 08 I had a second surgery on my left and dominant hand. I took the required length of time off work, 3 weeks and Part of surgery was a second carpal tunnel release by incision down the palm of hand. (first done the easier way) It seemed to be healing slowly, but after 3 months all reversed suddenly after driving a lot one day. (my guess was gripping the steering wheel set it off) The pain is coming from the incision right above wrist and it’s causing my fingers not to work correctly by mid afternoon, swelling, ice cold fingers, pain shoots up my arm. I Finally got approval from Ins. for visit to Hand surgeon who has NO IDEA WHAT problem is. As Insurance Agent on keyboard all day, I am now in AGONY, can’t think straight for the pain, and I’m having to hide this from my employer for fear of them being sick of my problems. This problem IS SOMETHING FROM THE SURGERY, I live alone, so if I lose my job over this I lose everything. Does anyone have any helpful info?

In search of advice or answer: July 08 I had a second surgery on my left hand ,( and I am left handed also) for trigger finger release of all 5 digits, and second carpal tunnel, but this time the cut right down middle of the hand type ( they have an easier way just doing small incision at wrist) I had been having problems both hands ( why? who knows, I don’t even play games on computer ) and I trusted the hand surgeon,, as I sure didn’t know what the heck was wrong, hands swelling, hurting… He shrugged it off as easy to fix… yeah right. 3 weeks off work as told, released to go back, it was slow healing but I was making it, UNTIL, it started reverting to more pain,swelling, circulation bad, after driving a lot one day 3 months after surgery.( it never got completely out of pain, just thought it would take a while to heal) I am on keyboard all day, as Insurance Agent, I am now in AGONY with fingers not even working right at mid afternoon, and I’m having to hide this from my employer for fear of them being sick of my problems. This problem IS SOMETHING FROM THE SURGERY, the incision area at the wrist. The Surgeon has NO IDEA WHAT’S HAPPENED… and I am scared. I am a hard worker and cannot do anything now. I live alone, so if I lose my job over this I lose everything. Does anyone have any helpful info?
