I need to loose weight.

Please help, i am tryin to loose weight but i am getting no where, i have no get up and go because i feel tired all the time, i am only 21 years old, i am 5ft 4in and weigh 156lbs. i used to have a lovely figure and it all went out the window in the last two years, i have no interest in anything any more, hate going out for a drink with my partner because i feel so ugly, and dont feel comfortable as i think people notice. i need someone to give me advice, diets are not working because i cant stick to them, i am also comfort eating. i am going to visit my family in 5weeks and i want to look good. what can i do?

Perhaps you could consider talking to someone you may have depression which is causing the weight gain or the lack of ability to stick to a diet best of luck

you don’t sound like you’re that overweight… if you want to get in shape, though, make it about feeling good about YOURSELF. I’d say start running, set personal goals, or join a team sport. I’m too lazy to exercize unless i’m on a team with other people to cheer me on. I’m sure you’re beautiful, just do it for yourself!
