Know those Master card, visa american express prepaid cards? When you buy them does it cost just set amount(whatever amount you’re purchasing?or that plus however much you’re loading? does that include tax?

I’m fairly sure that they just cost as much as you want to put on them, no other fees or anything. (If there are they are minute.) No tax either.
