Thought help: I’ve seen the moon, and howled with coyotes. - Help.com

I’ve seen the moon, and howled with coyotes.

I’ve eaten by candlelight and thought about Descartes’ words… ‘I think, therefore I am.’

Why? Have we become so disgusted with reality that we choose to involve in acts of escapism that momentarily provide us with an alternate reality - or more importantly, foot for thought?

You disappoint me. It isn’t about anything other than living in the moment. They howled. I howled back. The moon is clear, and it’s breath-taking. A candle had been lit. I just turned off the lights. But it’s over now, and it won’t happen the same way again.

there is beauty in the moment but theres also a lot of pain in every moment all around us which we choose to ignore..

if you are extremely accurate you could say that it’s not really living in the moment but living in some kinda limited construct of time, space and thought
