I’m trying to cancel a special service offered by Yahoo.

I signed up for a month to month deal, but decided to cancel before the second month begins. I followed all the Yahoo-provided directions to cancel, but at the last step I continue to get this message: “Your call to PSI Web Services returned an unexpected HTTP status of:” I have no idea what that message means, nor how to complete the cancellation. HELP. And thanks!!!!
