All of a sudden, when I go to internet explorer I get Ask.com instead of Comcast home page.

I have tried several things, but can’t get rid of it. HELP Ila

go to Internet explorer >> TOOLS >> Internet options >> General Tab

Under the general tab, below the “home page”, just enter http://www.comcast.com in the address bar(or any other site that you would like as your home page) and click apply and then OK..It would be fine.

and after you have done what pri said you need to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

first of all you need to get rid of spy-wares, ad-wares, and such.

there are many programs that do that, including some anti viruses.
they are all free.

but before that i suggest you try to clean up you temporary internet files,
and remove all the cookies and stuff.

go to:
tools >> internet options >>
browsing history >> delete
>> delete files & delete cookies
or delete all
