If you want to create webpages that can be accessed by the entire internet, you have two choices. One is to create an actual website - one that is registered with a domain name. That domain name is key. It’s what makes it possible for every other computer on the internet to know that you exist and how to find you.

(In contrast, your personal webpages may look like a website, but they aren’t associated with a domain name. Consequently, public access is impossible.)

Registering a website for yourself is relatively cheap, but a free option is to become a blogger with a free service. If you want your webpages to be visible to t public you can upload them to your blog.

In light of this, I updated the tags associated with your question. Check out the new suggested answer links. I think you’ll find them to be more useful than they were.
