It is nothing to be scared about it is only a knee surgery. 3 surgeries since you’ve been with him? What the heck does he do for a living?

trains horses. one wasn’t a surgery, just a hospital visit. the other surgery was to put his right testicle back in his body.
i just dont know how we’re going to pay for it, and i had the same injury several years ago and didnt get the surgery and now i can barely walk on cold rainy days, let alone make a living.
i don’t know why i’m so scared, though.

understand that it’s surgery, a repair shop for people. He’s going to get fixed and if anything you should be happy about that.

apparently the circumstances of his last surgery need “approval” so… yeah, i’ll try again.

i don’t know how we’re supposed to pay for it. i had the same injury several years ago and i didn’t get the surgery and now i can barely walk on cold or rainy days. he trains horses for a living, he can’t make a living with a leg like mine.

still, i don’t know why i’m as scared as i am

Could it be that you are concerned that something bad may happen, like the stuff they give him to put him to sleep may wear off and he could be awake during surgery?

yeah. or that he won’t make it out of the operating room. even the most routine surgeries can go wrong. plus, he won’t talk to me about it and i know he’s upset and i can’t help him. i can’t make everything okay.
