Why would you want to respond to harassment?

Mm, I guess I asked the wrong question. What I was trying to ask is this -
What benefit do you get out of responding? Even if the mods are useless, does responding help you any?

Sophie, why did you respond? I know before you answer, you have the same temper I have, and you detest being made to look bad in front of others. They were trying to get you to respond and by responding in anger you actually put yourself into a bad situation. They won because you responded.

so you’re laughing and saying that Sophie is complaining. Ha ha. And you’re saying these words on each & every post of hers?

i agree, this site needs to really take a look at the context of conversations better…a response to harassment shouldn’t be considered instigating an argument…besides if someone doesn’t like what they’re reading on my post, i feel like you should just simply stop reading…otherwise let’s get to something more productive.

i got banned once while in the middle of really trying to get through a problem with someone. going back and forth with people isn’t even arguing if a person is venting personal problems. this is a real issue with this site, and it isn’t much help at all because of it!

so basically you are complaining about her complaining? that makes you a novelty :-D

Nope, just laughing. This is her tenth post saying the exact same as the other 9 today.

I’ve had similar experiences and I think there are certain mods that maybe conspire to do it with each other.Harassment I mean.

So you’re laughing at her for being really upset. That probably makes her feel worse.

well, it’s rude to talk about people in the 3rd person when they’re standing right there
