my mind focuses on the plan, not the idea.

when thinking of suicide, i don’t think about the “death” part, really. instead, i start to update a plan, and i intensely focus on that. but i don’t focus on actually going through with it.
does that make it a problem, really? could it just be a phase?

Well, it sounds stupid but do you have other stuff to think about? I mean stuff you enjoy? Cos i know if the only other stuff you have to think about is somethign that fills you with dread then ANYTHING else will seem like a happy alternative.
