Stupid photo squishing

Im getting very annoyed that i cant get any pics to look good as an avatar cos of the stupid measurements.

Why must they do this. Thats rhetorical.

Because help.com only has a limited amount of space on the servers. However if your dimensions, as Jerry said are square—then when it resizes it shouldn’t be squished.

Just check your image size by the pixel. And resize accordingly.

Keep length and ratio equal, dont lean, give it little light, if posssible use a nice background..:)

It is annoying… but compared to devART, it’s perfectly fine. dA demands exactly 50×50 pixel avatars, which is tiny…and very, very aggravating.
