The probably just want to be left alone and watch tv, it would seem like valentine’s day is more of a holiday towards women. Maybe he would like some food

Ask him what his favorite food is and then look up a recipe that has that in it, and cook it. But go all out with white tablecloth, dim lighting, and romantic music.

As far as music (very important in setting a mood), try songs like this:

There’s a lot more, but this is a great start. Make a cd and give him it as your final V-day present at the end of the night after dinner, all wrapped up. That way every time he plays the CD he’ll think of your night together.
