I need help figureing out a Outlook 2007 error.
My outlook will try to boot but always comes up with this message before the program is fully loaded: Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file C:/Users/B/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook/Outlook.pst
Quit Outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file. For more information about the inbox repair tool see help.
When you press the ok button at the bottom the program doesn’t come on (duh! I know) and I cannot get it to start and get the same message (duh again) when I try to load it again.
Anyway, I’ve gone around in so many circles to try and find this tool and figure out this problem. I’m so frustrated and Microsoft is going to charge me to get help so I, infuriated, I turned to you guys for help. Please help me! Thank You for your time.
