I’m a 16 year old foster youth who was just accepted into people to a people student ambssador program.

I have no way of making the 7500 dollars i need. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the money? thanks!

Definitely try talking to them to see what kind of help they offer if at all anyting - things like that are bound to have financial help for you.

Well i looked and they can’t help me with the whole amount. MY first payment of 1000 is due march 1st. Also their site has a glitch and won’t let me get the scholarship form. Even if I could get the little amount from the scholarship, it won’t count till april which is past my first payment date. I’m afraid I won’t be able to go at all. This would be my first trip as i leave foster care. that’s why it’s so important to me to go. It is freedom in a sense.
