Why would you do that?

I want to do a collective exercise with all of you. It changed the way I use to think in regards to work for someone other then for yourself. All right here we go…Think about how much you have on your bank account right now. Not money in your 401k or retirement plan but liquid money. Money that you can spend tomorrow if you choose like. Do you have the amount in your head? Good! Now…think about how many years you’ve been working and dedicating a large percent of “time” in exchange for that “money”. Think about all the years that you worked and still working day or night, well or sick, happy or scared, sacrifices you have made to keep the income coming. After all these years of full dedication to the system, the money you have in your account is what you get in return. I want to say that this is the system you bought into it. It is not your fault because we were borne and raised in this system. It is so disguisedly engraved in our mind that we don’t mind working for 40 years, putting 40-60 hrs a week and retiring with a miserable 20-40% of the income - if you are lucky. Why would we work so hard for something that we do not even own, will not bring financial independence and it is not something you can pass on to your kids? If you do have a job…GREAT!!! Keep working but please find a backup plan for any uncertainties that WILL happen in your life - Murphy’s Law. The best way to have time and money together is becoming a business owner. I am not saying is the only way, but it is the best way to go. Why would you let your family suffer in cases of depressions of our economy? It happened many times and it will happen again, it is just a question of time. So the money you have in your bank account today represents the system gratitude for your time and energy. Who do you think is living life, you or your boss? Exactly…become your own boss and you will beat the system.

Nice. I thought you were just going to complain about taxes. This is well said.

I despise the, as you said, system. It makes life seem so meaningless to me. No, I don’t feel like working and achieving nothing of myself and my few aspirations. The whole thing is just a huge discouragement. It’s what we as humans have made for ourselves: a way of life that, when just looked at, is just contributing your struggling efforts to make a slight effect on the many but great ones on yourself and perhaps a few others. Is it possible to make it with a general satisfaction? I know nothing; I’m just getting out of middle school, so someone show me that I’m just looking at this the wrong way, please. Sorry, I went off some ranting there…

huh? what about all the money I’ve already spent? I didn’t spend that just so I could be able to work now. I bought a cake, and it was yummy. Not giving “money” credit for that because it is no longer in my account seems unfair.

How does having a business protect you from money troubles? I had one for a few years and then times changed and the service was no longer profitable.

Having a business will not shield you completely from difficulties of life. However, it is a way to make a clean profit - with tax adavtanges - so you can invest in your future retirement plan. It is like like getting further aheaf quicker. Instead of putting 40 years with a company, you can do it in 7-10 and enjoy the rest of your life. See having a business is not the only solution. We nned to know how to invest the profits from it. It takes a lot of guts to build an interprise but it is sooo worthed. To be a successful buisiness owner is to born again. It is to have the time and freedome to do whatever you want to or to go any where with any one. Why not? why not see how far we can go? why not see how many interprise we can have? What else we have to do in this world? we will stay here untill we go. See the America history is made trough huge sacrifices from people who come feom the porest background ever. If they can do it, we all can do it. Their blood doesnt run hotter then ours. their dreams can not be bigger then ours. I cant buy that. Why not see how far we can go?
