I’m pretty sure someone has to summarized everything in 10 minutes or it won’t even be considered ^_^;;; Maybe that’s why there are so many misleading information nowaday.
But yeah…i wonder too.

How is the House voting on the Spending Bill which is over 1,100 pages? They received it last night. They would have to read 640 pages per minute in order to know what they are voting on.
