I am in desperate need of dental implants but my insurance will not help me pay for them.

Does anyone know of any medical grants or organizations that might help me?

implants are considered luxury items. about 3,ooo per tooth. Most dental plans will give you about 400 for a set of dentures. I have been all through this and have sold my car to pay for just 5 of them.

I am in the same position, or was. I decided to live with my smile the way it is, until I saved enough money to get the job done. I have two very noticable gaps in my teeth. It has been several years. I have an online bank account that is frequently gaining interest… I also deposit what I can, when I can. I suggest you get a job, work your butt off and pay for it youself. Insurance will not cover cosmetic or aesthetic surgeries/procedures. If you can prove that the procedure is crucial to you being healthy, then insurance will pay…. but that will require legal/medical counsel that will most likely cost more money. Work hard. Earn money. Pay yourself. My smile is embarrassing. I live with it, and in another few years I will be able to fix it. It can be a source of motivation to work hard. Good luck.
