i just wanna make my photos less blurry, thats really it.

Adobe Photoshop, Belive it or not.

It has a WIDE range of tools for phot editing, and even in the help section a turtorial.

adobe elements, its like photoshop lite, much much cheaper.

Or while not really easy, you could try “GIMP” its free if not really easy to use, but with some time you could figure it out, its rather versatile.

If you have money though, i’d go with photoshop or photoshop elements
