That is absolutely silly.
sure Ledger did a good job as the joker, but he was not the first nor the original.
the joker has been shown differently tons of times, ledger did a wonderful job displaying the psychotic element of the joker, but that does not mean the joker should just be up and removed.
Many even would say he WAS NOT the best joker, instead enjoying the works of Hamill and Jack Nicholson.
Not only is it stupid from that point, but ledger himself would not want to see the joker be removed from the series that gave him life.
People are overreacting.
It seems the dark knight is the only movie that mattered of Ledger’s life.
what about brokeback mountain? now that ledger is dead, should we all ban gay cowboys from the movies?
stupid.
