Thank you any info will help at this point not many come here to help. i am about ready to go and stand on a street corner and find a drug dealer or loan shark to help him. ( i am at wits end here) It wouldn’t be so bad if we did have the 13yrs. I don’t sleep or eat i have truely lost over half of my body weight since dec, 6th 08.

He isn’t a criminal he was picked up because he didn’t have his documents withhim. so now the Immigration judge says pay $10,000 so he can be out and fight his case.

I just spent all my savings from the last year on his lawyers. $40,000.

Please if anyone truely knows of more help i really need it right now.

I own a business here in Lincoln City oregon. It can be verified.

The reason i need a loan asap is that my husband of 13years has been in the Tacoma Washington Immigration Detention center since Dec. 6th, 2008. The immigration judge just granted him a Bond of $10,000 because he qualifies to to change his immigration status here in the US. I have spent $40,000 on legal counsil for him and and can not raise the $10k in time to bond him out of the detention center.

I can and will pay whatever interest rate that you set up for me and i will gladly pay it, Our tourist season is starting in March and my vacation rental business is very busy but i can’t wait to raise the money myself.
