I’m feeling kind of down…

..I’ve been doing so good with my panic attacks but I think my streak is up. I feel panicky today…..and I had a panic attack (a good sized one) the other day….I’m so disappointed….I thought I was at the point where I was going to get better…..now I’m not so sure.

You may still have them from time to time, whats important to remember is we all have down days and how we deal with them is what makes us who we are. You now know that you can do it so this is a minor blip on a very long road, just do what you were doing before

i don’t know what i was doing before. it feels like a fluke….it always make me feel like it’s saying this is what it could be like without them and then slam back down to reality that this is what I’m stuck with………

What started your attack on Saturday? Was it anything in particular?

Arguments are part and parcel of being in a relasionship as long as they are not all day everyday and you manage to fix the problem they can be quite healthy, me and my bf argued too on V day, but I always think it’s as much his fault as it is mine, doesn’t mean the end of your relationship at all

I know……I just felt bad cause it was mostly my fault………I feel panicky today cause my bf is acting strange (or it feels like it. when i’m panicky i’m not sure if i know what i’m talking about)……i suppose it could be because he’s cutting back on smoking quite a bit…..???

He probably is very wary of upsetting you again so feels on edge and under pressure, he is probably and the cutting back smoking won’t be helping either
