The statement ITSELF is a lie since you LIE about lying about everything you tell..

But then on the contrary, you are telling the TRUTH(concluded from the statement) since you lie about lying, which concludes:

Everything I say is a lie –That’s a lie, `coz it’s part of everything. So,

Everything I say is the truth — Derived from lying about lying.

So the answer is either lying or telling the truth.
